Thank you for your question and for attaching a photo. Without a pre and post-op photo and information about the type and profile of implant as well as your pre-op measurements, it is really hard to answer this question. It does not appear there is anything wrong, however I would follow up with your surgeon to discuss your concerns. As far as the "stinging" sensation, your nerves may still be regenerating which is normal. It is a little late for you to still have these type of pains, but it is not unheard of at this point. Again, this is something for your surgeon to discuss in more detail since they have all the necessary information and can examine you in detail.

It sounds as though you may have over done it with your work out. You may have strained the muscle or (worst case) torn the muscle. You did not mention any bruising. I would advise that you at least get this checked out by your plastic surgeon. Good luck.
