I have had 3 sinus surgeries the second one was in 2014 and resulted in a post op infection that left a hole in my septum. In 2015 I had a surgery for recirculation. Since the two surgeries I have developed a saddle nose. Is it possible to fix my saddle nose surgically and if not, are there non surgical procedures that will help the appearance?

Answer: Fillers Work Well For Straightening "Saddle" Noses A typical so-called "saddle" nose has a rolling depression along the dorsum of the nose generally in the region of the bridge of the nose. The photos here suggest more post-surgical dorsum irregularities. Nevertheless, these can be treated with filler to straighten the spine of the nose. There is and important caveat, here, however. Only one prior surgery, much less three previous surgical rhinoplasties, can distort the vascular anatomy below--a fact that makes the potential for blood vessel compromise during filler injections considerably greater. You would therefore be well advised to make sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified aesthetic physician for treatment. Best of luck.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thanks for the question. Since you have had previous nasal surgery, I would recommend rib cartilage to rebuild tour nose. It can be either a piece of your own rib or irradiated rib that has been prepared for grafting. Good luck!
