Can fillers have made my nose wider? Will dissolving help?

Question

I've had fillers done over 2 years ago twice. The first time I loved it. But the second time I realized my nose bridge has gotten a lot wider where the fillers are not appeasing anymore. Please see photo attached top is before and after is after 2 years. I am thinking of dissolving the fillers. Will I get my normal nose back after 1 year from my most recent filler if I dissolve it? I heard dissolving it may cause sagging as well, is that true? Please help!

yes fillers can increase the size and shape of the nose so reverse it with hyaluronidase injections. Best, Dr. Emer.

It may be difficult to dissolve the fillers evenly after 2 years. The shape of the nose can be reshaped and refined using small straight threads strategically placed. In your case, you probably need 6-8 placed in the dorsum to the tip, 2-4 from the tip to the sides and 2-3 in the columella (in between the 2 nostrils This should make your nose appear narrower with a higher projection, and straighter on the sides. This is tricky and must be done by a surgeon experienced with this type of procedure.

If you had filler placed on the bridge of the nose, depending on the type of filler you used, it may make your nose appear wider. If you have the filler dissolved, you can expect your nose to return to the way it was. The nose skin is very good at tightening back down and I would not expect any sagging to occur. Hope this helps!

if you were injected with an HA filler, dissolving it will return your nose to the preinjection look.

Ive never seen nose skin sag after doing this
