Hello, I am 4 months post up rhinoplasty. I am not happy with my bridge (see photos), it way to thin. I prefer not have a revision. Now I have seen that it’s possible to built up you bridge (see photo) with filler. Is this safe to do this the rest of my life? I'm 23 now. I have red a lot about the increased complications and I’m scared for this.. And can anyone tell me something about permanent fillers? Is it really that unsafe?
