Is it safe to get permanent fillers after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

Hello, I am 4 months post up rhinoplasty. I am not happy with my bridge (see photos), it way to thin. I prefer not have a revision. Now I have seen that it’s possible to built up you bridge (see photo) with filler. Is this safe to do this the rest of my life? I'm 23 now. I have red a lot about the increased complications and I’m scared for this.. And can anyone tell me something about permanent fillers? Is it really that unsafe?

Microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be well-suited for increasing the height of somebody's bridge after previous nasal surgery. Unlike temporary gel fillers, Silikon 1000 is not associated with necrosis, embolus, blindness, infection, or a stroke. yes you can use fillers but there is always risk rhinoplasty or not. I suggest seeing an expert, but understand you have to weigh the pros and the cons.  Best, Dr. Emer.

 thank you for you question. I would strongly recommending letting your nose completely heal before injections. That can sometimes take up to 1 year.

Hello. I do not recommend you the use of injectable fillers on your bridge, because among other problems they are not stable and can migrate and/or contract. I recommend you a L implant that will endure for life. 29-year experience, American Society  of Plastic Surgeons.

PLease DO NOT USE PERMANENT FILLER AT ALL. These products can give a nice result immediately but in the long term they can migrate and create many many problems. 4 months is still a short period to do any correction. I will start thinking to do something only after 7-9 months. A HA filler can help and it lasts for 1 year
