Visible rib graft 7 years after rhinoplasty - what are the options to fix this?

I had rhinoplasty using rib cartilage to augment the bridge many years ago. Recently I'm noticed that the graft is visible from the side of the bridge. What non-surgical options are there to fix this apart from filler? If I did have surgery how difficult is it to reshape the rib cartliage so that it doesn't show through? I would like to avoid a revision if possible. Can a needle be used to smooth the edges without opening up the nose?
