I Don't know which would be best for me. I'm confused if sculpture, coolsculpting, vanquish, kybella, or zerona would work for me. Is it possible to combine two of these procedures for greater results? I Don't know which to choose.

Answer: Treatment for double chin Thanks for your question and photos. There are a few options available that could potentially correct a double chin and define facial features. Non invasive solutions include Kybella and laser treatments, which in my opinion have less than optimal results. Surgical option would be liposculpture of the areas of concern and complimenting that with a small chin implant for a more defined jaw line and profile. Best to get an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss individual procedures that suit you.

Answer: Improving a Double Chin with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. A chin implant would give more definition. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
