From the submitted photos it appears you would be a candidate for a tummy tuck. This would surgically remove the excess skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy. For the thighs, you could consider a thigh lift. I'm not sure it would be worth the scar in your case for the amount of skin laxity that you have.
