I did a rhinoplasty 3 years ago. I am 24. I feel my nose looks overprojected if you compare it with my forehead and lips but people dont notice. My previous doctor's opinion is that my nose looks fine and I just have to improve my chin and lips balance. I want a second opinion. Its really disappointing for me to have to do a second rhinoplasty and I want to avoid it if its possible but I still feel insecure with my nose.
