I had a revision rhinoplasty about 12 months ago. Nose still very crooked. Columella is slanted. It looked great with the cast on before it and the splints were removed. There is a soft to touch feeling on the right lower 2/3 which is the same side the nose is slanted to. The septum feels slanted the same direction. I feel like I’ll need another revision but wondering if the soft area is scar tissue that may be contributing to this.

Based on your photos, it is not clear where you have thinning of your nasal skin where your previous graft used to live. Since you are 8 months post-operative, I would not be concerned that anything bad would happen spontaneously in the future. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
