Crooked nose after revision rhinoplasty 1 year ago, is the soft area scar tissue?

I had a revision rhinoplasty about 12 months ago. Nose still very crooked. Columella is slanted. It looked great with the cast on before it and the splints were removed. There is a soft to touch feeling on the right lower 2/3 which is the same side the nose is slanted to. The septum feels slanted the same direction. I feel like I’ll need another revision but wondering if the soft area is scar tissue that may be contributing to this.

It is not simple to correct crooked nose! Even with the best effort and use of multiple cartilage grafts, corrective osteotomies and careful tip repositioning, deformity can still reccur; part of that may be resistance and memory of soft tissues( providing that all supporting structures were correctly reconstructed). It is best to address this issue with your surgeon and ask for in person second opinion by an expert in rhinoplasty. It always helps to have all documentation and photos before and after previous surgeries available for review. Hope this helps.
