I have had a revision rhinoplasty, as after my primary rhinoplasty my nose was alot wider post procedure. When the surgeon did the revision, he said there was scar tissue and some cartilage which was causing it to be wide. He said he had removed these. Now, post revision, I am experiencing the exact same thing. It feels like it did before the revision - scar tissue/ soft tissue. Can scar tissue shrink over time? Or is there anything I can do to reduce this?
