Upper lip laceration and a cut on the inside. Now there's a hard lump/nodule the size of a rice granule inside my lip. Options?

So 25 days ago I got punched in the mouth area.My upper right lip split open and I also had a good cut on inner side of it.I went to the ER but the doctor decided not to give me stitches.My lips stayed swollen for a week but now I can feel a hard mass inside of my lip in between where the cuts occurred.Already visited a plastic surgeon and a dermatologist.I was told it's probably scar tissue that should soften with time and that the small scar could be improved with laser.I wanna restore my lip.

There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have...
