my skin is really really thick. I had steroid Injections several times over a space of 18 months. The results were amazing when I had the injection That was almost 3 years ago I did a glycolic peel and my skin started peeling on my nose, I peeled it off, quite a few layers and I could see the results and the definition was visible What is the best way to thin the skin after rhinoplasty to show the results?

There are some cosmetic surgeons using retinoids such as low dose isotretinoin or topical Tretinoin, to manage this and oil skin after rhinoplasty. This drug has to be medical prescribed and has some very significant adverse effects including birth defects and psychiatric disorders. It is also used in acne treatment. It needs close medical supervision if used.
