Does this tyndal mean that filler is in the dermis? Treatment advice?

this isnt Tyndall this is likely pigmentation issues and can be treated with cosmelan peels, skincare, light low level lasers like clear and brilliant, microneedling and PRP, Aerolase.  I suggest you do an at home peel now and get on aggressive exfoliating skincare, then do lighter lasers when back in the office. Tyndall effect usually occurs when a hyaluronic acid product is injected into the lower eyelid where the skin is extremely thin. Because of the skin thinness, the hyaluronic acid reflects with a blue hue, making the person look like as if they almost have a black and blue bag in the lower eyelid region. It is almost impossible to have tyndall effect in the cheek area where the thickness of the skin is much greater than in the lower eyelid.
