Can I use high-frequency skin therapy wand if I have metal in my face from jaw surgery?

I bought a high-frequency skin therapy wand from amazon to help with acne. Now I'm seeing it is sometimes contraindicated with braces, jewelry, and some metal fillings. Can I still use this if I have screws in my face from Jaw surgery that was done 7 years ago?
