I’m only 23 years old! I’m 5’2 and 105 pounds. I’ve been heavier before (117 pounds) and lost weight but I don’t understand how my skin on my upper breast looks so terrible at this young of an age. It’s extremely stretchy, thin, crepey. The skin on the rest of my body isn’t like this. What options do I have?
