I had a lower blepheroplasty with fat repositioning in November (6 months ago). I've noticed that my eyes are not entirely symmetrical. One of them seems more hollow underneath than the other. Could under-eye filler correct this (make the right eye smaller and have my under eye areas match)?

Answer: Correcting facial asymmetry Now that you've had your surgery you're paying a lot more attention to your face than ever before and you will see things that are not symmetrical. You have always had some form of a symmetry, vyou were just not aware of it until after your procedure had been performed. A small amount of hollowness can be corrected but I would not use fillers and instead consider doing fat grafting. In the hands of an experienced fat grafting plastic surgeon, the results are natural and nearly permanent. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Answer: Undereye filler to correct asymmetry Form your photos, it looks as if you would be an ideal candidate for undereye filler. I expect it would correct the subtle asymmetry you have very nicely. Of course, to be certain, you need an in-person consultation. Be sure to seek the services of a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in advanced filler techniques. Best to you.
