Columella changed 2 years after Rhinoplasty, advice?

I had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago, I had the bump in the bridge taken out, the tip thinner and the columella lifted, I was happy with the results until about 3 months ago all of a sudden my columella looks lower, this seems to be only on one side and I don't know why this has happened.. also the initial swelling went down after the 1 year mark but daily my nose swells and it is very rare that it is actually the normal size without some degree of swelling (First picture is about 6 month ago)

Yours is probably just a mere temporary effect of facial sweeling, for whatsoever reasons, no more; anyhow if you wish to correct your slight alar rim retraction and cover the septal mucosa exposure you may work with the alar caudal extension batten grafts, a terminating solution.

Thanks for sharing your questions and photos. It looks like as the swelling over the nasal dorsum continued to resolve you may have developed subtle alar retraction, which has caused a slight alar-columellar discrepancy. Additionally, resolution of swelling has revealed that your cartilaginous nasal dorsum near the septal angle and nasal tip continue to be slightly over-projected. At two years, your nose is unlikely to continue to change much. Although, continued changes are possible. Surgery would be required to fix these issues and you should only consider this as an option if your nasal appearance is bothering you enough to undergo an additional procedure. It is rare to still have swelling two years after surgery.   What you are showing is fairly subtle - you should go back and discuss your concerns, in person, with your surgeon.
