Columella changed 2 years after Rhinoplasty, advice?

I had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago, I had the bump in the bridge taken out, the tip thinner and the columella lifted, I was happy with the results until about 3 months ago all of a sudden my columella looks lower, this seems to be only on one side and I don't know why this has happened.. also the initial swelling went down after the 1 year mark but daily my nose swells and it is very rare that it is actually the normal size without some degree of swelling (First picture is about 6 month ago)
