Question

My top lip is asymmetrical, I'd like to have it evened out and both Top and bottom pumped up a little. How many vials would you estimate it would take to get the look of my Wish Pic?

I think it is likely you could obtain your goal with 1 mL (1 vial or syringe) of a filler.You could also consider fat transfer to the lips which gives nice long term results. I often start slow with 1 mL and then we can always add more at the 2 wk mark once things settle.  You don't want that over done look.Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

Hi, when it comes to treating lips, we have to work with what you have been given naturally. I would probably use 1 - 1cc syringe to enhance your natural shape. If we go outside of your natural boundary, it looks very unnatural. But I think we can get a nice enhancement by your picture. 
Once you are evaluated in person it will be easier to evaluate and decide.

I would recommend 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra to add volume to your lips and create the fullness you desire in your "wish pic." I would then recommended 1ml of Juvederm Volbella to accentuate the lip lines.

It would take two syringes of Juvederm to have these results with a nice amount of lip plumping and fuller lips.  Please consult an expert so that you get a natural result from an expert.  Best, Dr. Green
