Why the Aliaxin SR is not FDA approved and not as famous as Juvederm and other brands?

Because I wanted to contour my lips and they suggest me to use Aliaxin SR for more natural look. I do live in sweden though. So now I am worried if I should do it with Aliaxin or not? Hope you help me with this. Thank u.

Thank you for your question. There are different regulations in Sweden and USA. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a very reputable facial plastic surgeon in Sweden, or, consider a trip to USA for a surgery after doing a Skype consultation. It is important you discuss surgeon options with your family and friends for a recommendation.

Thank you for sharing your question.  Some international companies do not submit applications to the FDA due to the length of time and expense that seeking approval requires.  Though I do not have experience with Aliaxin I would recommend you research its use thoroughly to minimize the risk of complications and poor results.  Hope this helps.
