Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. For the chin I like radiesse if it is going to be a synthetic filler and fat if you are looking for the most natural and long lasting product. It all depends on your baseline bone structure and goals. Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

Voluma is also reversible, giving you more control of your results!

Hi and thanks for your question. Any filler with more density and high viscosity would be good for chin augmentation. I personally use Juvederm Voluma , Teosyal deep or Restylane deep.

I love placing fillers in the chin! For someone with a slightly weak chin it can make all the difference.  Any of the HA products like Juvederm Ultra plus, Voluma or RestylaneL and Lyft work well.   It usually doesn't require a lot of product.   So it really depends what else you are getting done.  For example,  if I do the cheeks with Restylane Lyft, I'll use about 0.2-0.4cc of what I have left for the chin. Hope that helps.  

My preferred filler for the chin is Juvederm Voluma although Radiesse, Juverderm UltraPlus, Restylane and Restylane Lyft would work as well.
