I feel as though my vermilion border and lips look round and short in length (lips), my cheekbones hollow out my under eyes, I have a masculine forehead/hairline, my frown line is prominent, my jawline is also rounded and the difference between my left and right profiles point to asymmetry. I’m up for any recommendations.

Shaving of the superior orbital rim with either shaving/set back of the frontal brow bone do a lot to open and soften the orbits and to create a rounder more feminine forehead. Usually the bridge of the nose that connects to the forehead or the radix of the nose can be shaved at the same time...
