Hello! I have had facial feminization surgery about three years ago, and have developed a weird lump on the left side of my face. I'm not sure what this is or how to diagnose this. Help will be greatly appreciated! (Pictures included).

I should be able to smooth that out significantly. The transition between the nose and the forehead is important for your appearance. We'd use the same incision as before.
