Hello. Im a 28 yo white female, 5'4" and approximately 145 pounds. I would like to know what procedures i can get done to make my face more feminine looking? I want it to be smaller and rounder and prettier.

Hi. you already have a beautiful face but I think a rhinoplasty may make a nice difference. by refining the nasal tip. Slightly turning it up and shaving down the dorsum a bit we could significantly feminize your nose. The angle between the nose and the lip in what is generally considered a feminine nose is about 110 degrees. Male noses tend to form and angel of about 90 degrees with the lip. so that slight up turn and a more refined delicate tip would create some powerful changes. the changes must be done subtly and with precision and artistry or they can look too much. Additionally adding a little fat to the cheek bone and lips would help to create some beautiful soft round feminine contours. hope that helps!
