Am I a good candidate for a Rhinoplasty? (Photo)

So I've been insecure about my nose about my whole life i wanted a Rhinoplasty since I was 14 I'm 22 right now and I decided that it's time to get this out of the way and figure out a way to get this done with a good surgeon I'm currently staying in Illinois but I will be willing to travel to get this done I really need help and will really appreciate a board certified professional to help me out with my issue and answer some other questions I have.
