I am 10 months post op deep plane face/neck llift. I had my platysma bands done. Digastric muscle plication and fat grafting. I have no defined jaw line/contoured face and my marionette lines/nasolabial folds have hardly been addressed. I did not expect these results from a deep plane procedure. Why do I have these results? What went wrong? My surgeon is aware I’m not happy. Please can I have advice, opinions and comments. Do I need another lift? Thank you

To answer your question, best to address timing of "when" with your facelift Surgeon; 2 weeks should generally be sufficient. However, I am not sure why your original Surgeon can't perform the lip lift unless he/she is uncomfortable with this procedure.
