Rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty timing?

The blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty surgeries are safely and commonly performed together. I routinely combine the surgeries with excellent results and no complication. If for some reason you did want to stage the procedures, in my opinion they should be separated by a few months. Both surgeries can cause bruising and swelling within the nasal area and the soft tissues should be given plenty of time to recover to obtain optimal results. To have them 1 months apart is ok. My preference is doing blepharoplasty first as you will have more edema after rhinoplasty.
