4D Vaser Lipsuction is the safer and more effective procedure I’d recommend to slim down your calves and ankles. Liposuction of the calves is rarely done and I recommend a plastic surgeon who is trained to perform this procedure.   You should need a short period of rest (typically 1 week) for your recovery.  Best wishes! This is because the area must not be left with any visible dents or grooves as the calves are usually visible when wearing skirts or shorts. It is very easy to cause slight contour irregularities especially when more fat is removed and the skin needs to tighten more. Dont expect perfection. If you do , you may be disappointed.
