Vaser liposuction: is a revision a good idea in my case? (Photos)

I appreciate your questions! After 12 months, you won’t see any significant improvement in the way your abs look. Sometimes, fat grafting techniques can be used to address contour irregularities such as depressions, bumps, lumps, or ripples in the treated area. However, additional VASER lipo revisions would increase the risk for contour irregularities and fibrosis (internal scars). It is worth noting that contour irregularities, many times, are not controlled by the surgeon. How your skin reacts and contours after the fat is removed depends on different factors, namely, skin elasticity, age, ethnicity, health status, lifestyle habits, and the number of previous surgical interventions patients have had, among others. Liposuction deformity is a risk that you need to accept prior to surgery, understanding not only the amount of fat that you have, your Body Mass Index, your excess skin, your elasticity is crucial to set expectation of what this procedure can do for you. Hi There,Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your results.  Pictures would be helpful to see to give some recommendations.  I highly recommend getting a second opinion. I would say that likely an improvement can be made in the right hands but total correction may not be possible.  Having said that, this is all speculation without pictures.

It's best to wait 6 to 12 months depending on the reason for #revision. As with all #cosmetic surgery, results will be rewarding if expectations are realistic.If your current surgeon is unable to help you, it may be helpful to consult with another one for an additional opinion. However, it's best that your plastic surgeon is highly-experienced with both Vaser liposuction and liposuction revisions.
