Question

Not interested in filler. Only interested in safe and effective procedures. One doc said fat grafting with the vaser. Other one said SOOF and I hear these aren’t good options. Funny part is they are all board certified. My concerns: flat cheeks, nasolabial folds, deep tear troughs, and very low brows (I’m not a candidate for brow lift, and Botox droops the forehead, my hairline is too high!! Help!!!)

Yes it is possible to use vaser #liposuction to the facial areas in combination with fat transfer. First, it's best to begin consulting with a board certified plastic surgery to learn if you are a candidate for plastic surgery including liposuction. If so, you will then learn more about which #technique will work best for you and your goals. It is important you select a plastic surgeon who is #board-certified and has a great deal of experience with #vaser #liposuction and the facial procedures you are interested in learning more about. Aside from checking board-certification, it is suggested that you look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients, and read patient reviews. Gathering all of this information will help you make a well-informed decision. Always discuss your issues and concerns with the Plastic Surgeon during and following your consultation. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I combine with Sculptra, depending on the area, to improve final results. Very confusing is your description of your concerns. To begin with, VASER is intended too sculpt your body; this requires 5 to 6 hours of work, it is intensive, but the results are astounding! As you might think, it is also very expensive! If you are not concerned about transforming your body, you should not be having a discussion about VASER to fill your face. To fill the face requires only 20 to 30 cc of fat transfer at most ! VASER is used to remove several liters of fat. I would not recommend any fancy measures. You want to remove the fat as efficiently and gently and inject it right away when it comes to facial sculpting.
