Very confusing is your description of your concerns. To begin with, VASER is intended too sculpt your body; this requires 5 to 6 hours of work, it is intensive, but the results are astounding! As you might think, it is also very expensive! If you are not concerned about transforming your body, you should not be having a discussion about VASER to fill your face. To fill the face requires only 20 to 30 cc of fat transfer at most ! VASER is used to remove several liters of fat. I would not recommend any fancy measures. You want to remove the fat as efficiently and gently and inject it right away when it comes to facial sculpting.
