Would I be a good candidate for forehead reduction surgery? (photos)

I prefer to do a physical examination, but as I see from the photos, there is a significant hair loss problem and I do not recommend forehead reduction to my patients who have this hair loss problem. As the hairline opens, the stitches will come to the fore and this is a look I do not prefer.

Hello, hope you are well. My recommendation would be to stabilize your alopecia before proceeding with forehead reduction. There are nutritional and medical therapies that can help slow, stop, and sometimes reverse alopecia. Once that has been optimized, forehead reduction possibly followed by hair grafting would be a good choice.
