Hello, I’m planning in having breast implant revision than nose job two months later is it true if i did implant revision now and nose later from nose surgery bacteria can get to implants and causes CC? Thankyou

The "Rhinoplasty" itself would not be contraindicated after having implants, nor be a cause of capsular contracture. Bacteria (in general) however and infectious processes are linked to capsular contracture. It is important that you do take antibiotic regimens as prescribed by Dr's overall.

Having a rhinoplasty should not cause capsular contracture of your breast implants. The causes of capsular contracture are multifactorial including an immune response to the implant itself. A rhinoplasty should not adversely affect the local breast tissue and pre-existing soft capsule around the implant.

Your breast surgery incisions should be well-healed by two months post-op. For bacteria to get to the implant at that point, it would have to be present within the breast tissue/capsule already or traveling through your blood stream. If you have bacteria traveling through your bloodstream, you would have bacteremia, be very sick, and the surgeon obviously would not be performing any elective procedures on you at that time.
All that being said, if you have capsular contracture already, you are at a higher risk than the general population of getting capsular contracture again in the future, regardless of whether you have a rhinoplasty two months later or not.
