Will Kybella interfere with dental work?

I have dental appointments over the course of the year which include: fillings, extractions, and 2 root canals and a possible jaw surgery to fix my overbite much later in the year. I told my dentist about my planet get Kybella injections and he said he didn't know anything about Kybella and recommended I wait before proceeding. My question is, will Kybella interfere with any near future dental procedures I may need ?
