Please clarify the meaning of "full profile" breast implant

Profile is the term we use to describe how far the implant stands out form the chest. it really means how far it sticks forward.
An ultra high profile implant will project further forward than a high, which is more than a moderate plus, then moderate , and then low profile implant
The profile will affect the look of the result, and is a way to distribute a patients desired volume over s certain base diameter.

That is an excellent question. The implant "profile" often confuses patients, as they do not necessarily equate to a particular result/outcome. 
The most important measurement in my view in terms of the patient's breast anatomy is the base dimension - across and in height. This measurement will open a range of implants that will suit you body. Once the base dimension is calculated, you then have to consider the volume (cup size goal) you wish to achieve. These two factors will then lead to the profile of the implant that would suit you. In other words, the breast base dimension remains the same, the volume is according to your goal, and the profile (how much it projects, or "sticks out") will be determined by the volume you wish to achieve. So if you want a larger size, the base dimension of the implant remains the same, but you go up in projection.
