Lost 65 lbs and had loose skin everywhere so Dr Garcia loving advised me on where surgery could best help me while still attaining my goals. No high pressure tactics...exception before and after care. Highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his staff. Had brow lift, eye lift, jowls lifted, breasts lifts and extra skin under arms removed over the course of two surgeries.

I had my surgery (TT and BA) today. I've taken it super easy today and plan on to keep it that way for the next 48 hours. I have taken my pain medication like clock work and I'm not hurting just slightly uncomfortable. I have to go back to the doctor in the morning for a post op visit and I look for to seeing the incisions and my new breast. My husband has been the best nurse and has taken amazing care of me. Yes it's painful but not unbearable. Walking to the restroom is very slow and hunched way over. One day at a time but I feel like im doing a great job! Updated on 10 Jan 2015: Do not no matter what miss your pain meds on day 2. You feel like you are on fire. I took milk of magnesia and gave myself cramps and diarrhea. Lovely. Still in good spirits. I'm spending 90% of my day sleeping. I still think it's very similar to a c-section recover. My skin itches and I can't wait to see my boobs/flat stomach, come on Tuesday!!!!!!! Updated on 11 Jan 2015: Today is day 3 post op and I woke up feeling significantly better than any other day since surgery. I can get myself in and out of bed, potty myself and walk/stand up right for brief periods of time. Don't get me wrong I'm still tender but moving is easier. Drains are in and remind me To go slow. I still haven't seen the outcome of my surgery but I believe my 5 day post op dr visit will will allow me to do so. I can't wait to see my new boobs and the incision from the Tummy Tuck. I have decreased the amount of pain meds I'm taking, and substitute OTC meds when I can. Over all still so happy with my progress and Ill update again with photo after my dr appt on Tuesday. My experience with Plastic Arts Surgery Center and specifically Dr. Jan Garcia and staff far exceeded my expectations. From the first time I walked in for the consultation, the office staff were very thorough in addressing all my concerns and apprehensions about the process. I felt certain that a doctor with Dr. Garcia’s level of experience would guarantee great results but we’ve all had “those” friends that undergo plastic surgery that failed to meet their expectations. As Dr. Garcia explained that is the job of the doctor. To assure that “natural” look. The results were unbelievable. All of my concerns were unnecessary, I was beyond thrilled with the results. The process was easy, and comforting. From pre-care to post-care it was a professional and comforting experience. The level of communication before and after surgery made me feel secure and comfortable and assured me that I had come to the right place for this procedure. A great surgeon is more than the level of his or her skill. It is a team effort and the team at Plastic Surgery Arts Center is the BEST!!

Dr. Garcia did a lower facelift on me approx. 2 years ago. All I asked for was fat-type injections for the "parenthesis" indentations around my mouth. He said that would never work and that I really needed the expensive surgery instead. I was not prepared at all for the after effects, and the 2 women they referred to me for references had nothing but glowing reports from a few years ago. My indentations are still there...no improvement whatsoever. He told me that for another $1,000 or so, he could do fat injections! He said I might have some numbness for a while...a lot of it has lasted for almost 2 years.
