Is L-Lysine safe to take before mommy makeover?

It is important to discuss all medications and supplements that you take with your surgeon.  It sounds as though you were provided a list of some that you should avoid, but when in question it is best to ask.  It is for your safety.

If you were my patient, I would recommend stopping this and any other supplement at least 2 weeks before surgery. her decide what you should and should not be taking. Your surgeon should be
certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the
American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). It is important to
follow all pre and post-operative instructions.
