I had lipo two weeks ago. I am still in pain, is this normal?

After two weeks of my lipo, I can't sleep comfortably. If I sleep on my back I wake up with a lot of pain on the lower back. If I sleep on my stomach I wake up with pain in my shoulders. I still can't walk right ? Is this normal ? My stomach and back are very numb but I had family who recovered in 2 weeks and I'm still in a lot of pain. Any suggestions to heal a little faster?
