yes you can get lip fillers if you have TGN but you should let your dermatologist or surgeon know because if an episode occurs. I would likely pretreat you with medtrol and neurontin.

lip fillers and lift will not help the corners of your mouth, that needs botox, threads or a lip corner lift.  sometimes an early face/neck lift helps. accutite can be a non invasive alternative. I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics.com lip essentials kit).  everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for sharing your question.  It is safe to have dermal fillers placed assuming the areas affected by your trigeminal neuralgia does not include your lips.
