5 weeks is very early to judge. If the nose doesn't improve some tip work may be necessary but its too early to make that call.
You should not have had rhinoplasty at all. You had a good nose.You have lost skin support from bone structure and thus it hangs. Polybeak is from bridge tip disharmony. Swelling will go away. Effect will not.
