I have a very small hairlinw peobably from birth and it is very embarasing. I would like to know is there anyway I could remove these extra hair from my forehead.

If you have an open wound you should see a doctor for treatment. You probably should avoid scuba diving.  Check with your doctor.

It's perfectly safe to shampoo more frequently than once daily if that's how you stay comfortable in warm weather. At this point, your transplanted follicles should be fully healed, so there's no risk to your results.
