I have a very small hairlinw peobably from birth and it is very embarasing. I would like to know is there anyway I could remove these extra hair from my forehead.

If you have an open wound you should see a doctor for treatment. You probably should avoid scuba diving.  Check with your doctor.

Can shampooing twice a day affect a hair transplant?

It's perfectly safe to shampoo more frequently than once daily if that's how you stay comfortable in warm weather. At this point, your transplanted follicles should be fully healed, so there's no risk to your results.

It is best to follow your doctor's instructions. If you did not follow it or have questions regarding this, it is best to contact your doctor especially if you do not know the name of the medication.

If you are having surgery using the strip harvest method, you do not have to shave your head.  Some doctors may require it but it is not mandatory.

If you are not happy with your hair line or hair loss, you may be a candidate for surgery. You still need to see a doctor for a formal consultation to make sure surgery is right for you.
