Is the giggly fat part of my upper tummy really just swelling? I am 26 dpo and it hasn't changed at all.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Unfortunately without more details as to what type of tummy tuck you had performed, or an in-person examination of your tissues, it is difficult to offer definite advice.  For most patients this is likely swelling but it would be important to rule out a discrete fluid collection or continued muscle laxity.  Hope this helps.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to 6 months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you're in, swelling is very normal. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

You are still very early in the healing process after your abdominoplasty.  I agree with your surgeons office that it is too early to evaluate your results just yet.  I realize it can be difficult, but try to be patient and allow yourself more time to heal as results typically improve drastically in the months following surgery.
