It's difficult to tell from the photos if this is truly a hole or if it is a contour/fold in the skin. If it is a fold this should continue to improve as healing continues. It can take several months for you to see your final result. If it is truly a hole it could be from a suture abscess. See your plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
From the photo it looks to be more skin gathering than a hole and is probably the excess skin at the end of the scar - a dog ear as we tend to call it. Best to be examined by your PS if you have any concerns.
