2 months post-op and there is a hole at the end of my tummy tuck incision! (Photos)

It does not look like the hole is actually open, which would be a more serious concern at this time in your recovery. It looks like it is puckering or bunching of the skin along the incision line. However, to be on the safe side, it would be best to see your surgeon for an assessment and treatment.

It's difficult to tell from the photos if this is truly a hole or if it is a contour/fold in the skin. If it is a fold this should continue to improve as healing continues. It can take several months for you to see your final result. If it is truly a hole it could be from a suture abscess. See your plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

From the photo it looks to be more skin gathering than a hole and is probably the excess skin at the end of the scar - a dog ear as we tend to call it. Best to be examined by your PS if you have any concerns.
