Could Saw palmetto and biotin be taken instead of finistride and saw palmetto after FUE?

Generally supplements are safe to use, particularly after the one month mark. As long as you're staying away from steroids (you should go over the supplements w/ your doctor to be safe) I don't see it being an issue for your transplants.

Totally normal.  I would be more concerned if you didn't have swelling.  Give it a week and it will go away.  Generally, it will settle with gravity's help.  So, try to position yourself accordingly.  Regards, Doc Gio

The best thing you can do is to wash the grafts post hair transplant.  I wouldnt spend too much money or time on any kind of sprays or solutions.  Just a simple routine simple wash per your doctors instructions should be just fine.

FUE do not work well on African American patients. You would also have to shave your head.  Don't trust doctors only because they are on this webstite.  Meet the doctors in person an then form your opinion.

You can apply lotion but it is best to ask your surgeon if you have concerns.  Many doctors have their own specific post operative care.
