I had a FUE before 1.5 month. and my doctor did not ask me to take finistride or minixodil. Even though that i have genetic baldness. What the clinic gave me is tablets (Saw palmetto, biotin) and shampoo and spray they have almost the same ingredients (Extract of Green Apple + saw palmetto + minerals). Could that replace finistride and minixodel, do you doctors recommend using Finistiride and minixodil.

Answer: Finasteride is a drug you take for male pattern hair loss. Saw palmetto is not a drug and it does not work like finasteride.
Generally supplements are safe to use, particularly after the one month mark. As long as you're staying away from steroids (you should go over the supplements w/ your doctor to be safe) I don't see it being an issue for your transplants.
Totally normal. I would be more concerned if you didn't have swelling. Give it a week and it will go away. Generally, it will settle with gravity's help. So, try to position yourself accordingly. Regards, Doc Gio
The best thing you can do is to wash the grafts post hair transplant. I wouldnt spend too much money or time on any kind of sprays or solutions. Just a simple routine simple wash per your doctors instructions should be just fine.
