I had my second rhinoplasty (open rhinoplasty) 4 weeks ago. I developed a polly beak after my first rhinoplasty which I wanted to get removed. I am really upset about the result at the moment, since it seems like I still have supratip fullness and the size of my nose was not reduced either. Is this just swelling because I have thick skin or will the shape of my nose stay like this?
