Could you please help to understand risks of having alar composite grafts to lengthen nasal mucusae wall with open revision rhynoplasty? What is the chance that Composite graft will not survive? And what is next if it will not survive, what will happen then? Thank you in advance!

Hello, and thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty results are only truly definitive after a full year after the procedure, around 12-14 months. Your nose may indeed still have some swelling, and it could change more. If after a full year you still have asymmetry issues, you should have it...
