What are the risks of having alar composite grafts to lengthen nasal mucosa wall with open revision rhinoplasty?

Could you please help to understand risks of having alar composite grafts to lengthen nasal mucusae wall with open revision rhynoplasty? What is the chance that Composite graft will not survive? And what is next if it will not survive, what will happen then? Thank you in advance!
