It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results. If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  Some patient continue to grow new hair after 12 months.

Growth rate varied from person to person.  That sounds like a very large grafting session.  I tell patients that at 6 months usually at least 50 percent of hairs are growing but this simply isn't always the case.  It may take over a year.  You wouldn't want to graft again for at least a year following the prior procedure.
