My nose bridge is not normal, i want to know how can i fix it?!
Answer: You may require rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a Narrower and straighter nasal appearance. Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and somewhat crooked nasal appearance on front view. I would not suggest a non-surgical nose job treatment since that would result in an even wider nasal appearance. Consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Wide nasal bridge: Wide nasal bridge: based on the picture you show, you appear to have a very wide nasal bridge. This would be addressed in a routine rhinoplasty, along with some refinement of the tip as well.

Answer: Septum It looks to me like you may have a deviated septum and/or need to get a spreader graft on the left side.

Answer: Nonsurgical Filler Nosejobs Work Well For Nasal Bridge Humps, Bumps, & "Saddle" Depression A profile view of the nasal bridge would have been extremely helpful. I have been using fillers successfully for several decades already for nonsurgically treating all kinds of nasal bridge bumps, humps and saddle nose depressions. Treatment usually takes only a about ten minutes in experienced hands and the results are typically immediate, elicit a "Wow!" and engender little to no significant downtime. You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Best of luck.

Answer: It doesn't look abnormal to me, just wide. More... It doesn't look like anything bad happened; it's just that the bridge of your nose is wider than an "average" nose. It's almost certainly possible to narrow it in a rhinoplasty -- that's part of almost every rhinoplasty operation. How *much* to narrow the bridge, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.) Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require techniques and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
