I have a bump on the right side of my nose and I hate it. How can I get rid of it? (Photo)

The photo could be showing the shape of the cartilage on one side being different from the other side. Rhinoplasty can reshape the cartilage so that it would be straighter and come in some. The tip could also be narrowed as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin skin and a visible tip asymmetry. You also have a bit of a c-shaped nasal appearance. You're probably noticing this irregularity in your right tip now because you have lost some facial volume with age. In all likelihood it is only your right lower lateral cartilage that is asymmetrically larger than your left. Another possibility for this asymmetry could be a deviated nasal septum. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what might be best for you moving forward.
