I have a bump on the right side of my nose and I hate it. How can I get rid of it? (Photo)

There is a hard lump/bump under my skin on the right side of my nose and it causes my nose (and face) to look very asymmetrical. I really hate it but don’t know where to start with getting it sorted, or who I should speak to. Does anyone know what the lump may be and how best to get rid of it?
