Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected bridge, and an underprojected nasal tip that tends to want a droop with smiling. Depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving harm reduction, nasal tip projection and rotation. Fortunately for you, the least invasive way is a terrific way to achieve the kind of harmony in profile you desire without the necessity of expenisve, aggressive surgeries and significant post-surgery downtime. HA fillers have been used for over two decades for successfully, nonsurgically treating nasal bridge bumps and humps and elevating down-turned nasal tips. Likewise, robust HA fillers have been used to augment chin projection and create better harmony and proportionality between the projections of the nose, lips and chin in profile. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatogist filler injector. The kind of result you want can be achieved in experienced hands in about a 30-45 minute session with immediate results and little to no signficant downtime. Hope this helps.

Are there photos of noses that you would want for yourself? Many people with your nose would ask to have the bump taken down and the tip raised. That can look completely natural, and you might like it a lot, if that's the kind of nose you're looking for.

How do we figure that out? What kind of nose you think would be ideal for you?  We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)

Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Any rhinoplasty requires judgment and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Least invasive approach to your profile: there is very little wrong with your profile except for a dorsal hump. The length looks good and the lip/tip angle looks good as well. The least invasive way to remove a dorsal hump and leave the nose otherwise minimally changed and natural would be a closed rhinoplasty.
