Is it possible for me to get Adrian Lima's eye shape? (photos)

Eye shape is determined by complex of set of structures including eyelids, eyeball, bones, etc. Yes change is possible (likely via lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty) but need personal evaluation to determine realistic goals and risks involved. See website link for more information.

The exotic upward slant to the eye area is accomplished by a combination of lateral canthopexy, in which the outside corner of the eyes are attached to a higher position along the eye socket. To prevent crowding in this outer area, a temple lift is performed at the same time in order to create the outer area "sweep". 

It is important to understand that your eye shape and eyelid position is determined by an interplay of different structures including orbit (bone), eyeball,  muscles and fat tissue around eyeball (inside the orbit), as well as muscles, fat tissue and skin outside the orbit. These structures create unique, individual shape of eyes in each individual person. For that reason, it is practically impossible to create significantly different eyelid/brow shape by means of surgery.
Based on your photos, my first recommendation would be correction of deep groove bellow lower eyelid (tear trough), which gives you tired look. This can be done in the form of lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty, through a small incision inside the lower eyelid. Whether there will be any benefit of upper eyelid surgery can be determined only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goals. Good luck.

Adrian Lima has a very narrow aperture of her lower eyelid whereas yours is wider with a tight attachment of your orbitomalar ligament creating a hollow look.  A well done lower blepharoplast with muscle suspension and volume preservation will improve that contour. Best of luck
