Do I need upper and lower eye surgery?

Hello I wanted to kindly ask would I benefit from upper and lower eye surgery with possible fat transfer I really don't lie the lines under my eyes and Botox don't seem to help May I kindly ask for suggestions Thanks for your time

Thank you for the great question and your photos. I agree with the others here: you have a nice eye shape and good structure, with minimal skin excess. For the current situation, the best answer is likely medical grade skin care (including a retinol that can be used around the eyes as well as Vitamin C), possibly paired with some laser resurfacing to address the texture issues. The contour of your eyelids is quite good and you have wonderful bone structure. I don't think a blepharoplasty is your answer. You would benefit from improvement of the quality of the skin. That can be achieved with a Halo laser or full field erbium laser resurfacing. Either can be easily performed in the office setting. In my opinion, I do not think you are a good candidate for upper or lower eyelid surgery.  For the lines under your eyes, a laser resurfacing procedure or chemical peel could likely produce some improvement.

Based on these photos I am not sure that blepharoplasty is the right thing to do. Botox, possibly filler or nano-fat graft in the cheek/lower eyelid areas, possibly chemical peel or micro-needling. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial rejuvenation surgery is recommended. Good luck.

You might be better served with a chemical peel or laser resurfacing around the eyes. You are a good skin candidate and you have crepey skin allong the lower eyelids, but not necessarily a lot of redundant skin. An in person evaluation with an experienced eyelid surgeon who is comfortable with the techniques described so that you can have an unbiased opinion of what would work best for you.

You are likely a good candidate for a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). Thank you for your photos and questions. With regard to upper eyelid blepharoplasty, it would probably not be worth it for you at this point, since you do not have significant skin redundancy (dermatochalasis) of the upper lids. Should you decide to pursue this in the future, any fat sculpting should be done conservatively as you are at higher risk of developing a hollowed out appearance especially on the left side. With regard to lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat transfer, again it does not look like you have significant fat prolapse, hollowing, or loose skin. There are mild static lines on your lower eyelids that would respond well to resurfacing (peel or laser). I recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss what options would help you best reach your aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
